The average size for a John Deere 1/64 scale toy is 2-3" Long, by 1-2" Wide, by 1-2" Tall
Most of the "sandbox" john deere toys we grew up with are 1/16 scale and have long been a favorite in the United States. 1/64 scale became popular years ago with the introduction of "matchbox" toys. Older styled John Deere tractors are usually smaller compared to modern styled John Deere tractors. Compare a John Deere 9520 4WD with triples to a John Deere Model "B" tractor, one is much larger. A scale represents that toys size compared to the real tractor, for example, 1/16 means it is acutally 1/16 the size of the actual tractor; sizes will vary in every scale.
