Shipping Cost Information

Carriers have a maximum shipping package size. Our freight
cost reflects one shipping package only. If the quantity of items you have
to ship exceeds the shipping size of one package allowed by the
carrier, or requires an oversize rating, the cost of freight can increase.
A number of large items on one order could cause this. One large
item and a quantity of small items might also cause the need for two
packages.
Should two shipping packages be needed and the additional cost
increase is greater than $6.00 , you will be notified and we will wait to
hear from you before shipping. If the cost increase is less than $6.00 you
will see the cost increase amount in your shipping confirmation that
we send out after the package is shipped.
Ship Time Information
UPS Next Day Air, USPS Express, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select type deliveries are normally figured from the 1st day after shipment. For Next Day Air, USPS Express, and Saturday delivery, we invite you to please call us @ 800-932-6485 to be certain your package will arrive on time.
Example:
An order is received Tuesday and is to be shipped 2nd Day Air. We fill
the order same day and the carrier picks it up from us Tuesday P.M. The
expected time of arrival would be Thursday. Wednesday being the first day after
shipment, is considered the first of a two-day shipment.
Having said that, it is possible for you to receive your package earlier due to
your actual location from us.
Within 24 hours of you placing and order, we will email you back a personal confirmation on the status of your order. We usually ship an order with 24 hours of it being placed. Please monitor your email for information concerning your order. We are an E-business, and under ordinary circumstances do not make phone calls to customers concerning the order they placed; we notify customers by email. Our default policy is to hold the entire order until complete.
International shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Processing Time
UPS NEXT DAY AIR, and USPS EXPRESS: 1 business day plus processing time. We generally ship orders same day if the order is placed before our carrier pickup at 3:00 PM EDT (Indiana). UPS NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and USPS EXPRESS will receive priority over standard orders in order to be shipped same day. Again, we invite you to call toll-free if you have any questions reguarding our pickup times. During peak seasons, and holidays, orders may require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. We do not process orders during weekends. Same day shipping is not guaranteed.
