Excellent Customer Service. For at least the last two years, we have been purchasing items from Greencrazy for our grandson in CT, who will be five tomorrow. He just loves the die cast toys and he amazes me when he tells me the names of many of them and of course those that he would like Nana and Papa to get him next. We have always been very pleased with Greencrazy's service. On 8/25, during their inventory (Note: anything ordered during that time would not be shipped until the 27th), I placed my order online and commented that I would greatly appreciate whatever they could do to ensure delivery by 8/31, his birthday. I rec'd. a note notifying me that they chose to send the package Priority Mail rather than UPS as I had originally chosen and they didn't revise the s&h and the package arrived today, the day before his birthday!
